If your Orion isn’t perfect, you have 30 days from delivery to request a free exchange or a full refund — no restocking fees.
Email support@orionmen.com with your order number and what you’d like (exchange or refund). We’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
For hygiene, please return items unworn (try-on is fine) with tags where applicable. We may decline items returned in unsellable condition.
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Need a different size or color? We’ll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way.
