Orion is three people: Lucas (founder, product design), Camille (Customer Service + returns), and Mehdi (logistics + workshop quality). We are based in Roubaix. We answer the messages ourselves. It’s the only way we’ve found to keep our “45-day unconditional wear test” promise — it takes someone who can decide quickly, without forms.
