Refund Policy

We sell underwear you’re supposed to wear all day. There’s no honest way to sell underwear except to let you actually wear it. That’s why every Orionmen boxer comes with a 45-day wear trial: try them in real life — at the desk, at the gym, in a sweaty meeting — and if you don’t feel the difference, send them back. Worn. We refund 100%.

The 45-day wear trial

  • Starts on the day your order is delivered.
  • Applies to every boxer in our catalog, including the 3+2 and 5+5 packs.
  • Worn boxers are accepted. That’s the whole point.
  • Original packaging is not required.
  • You pay no return shipping (within EU and US). Outside those regions, return shipping is at your cost.

How to start a refund

  1. Email returns@orionmen.com with your order number and “I want to send these back” — no forms, no questions about why.
  2. We email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours (working days).
  3. Print, stick, drop the parcel at the nearest carrier point.
  4. Refund hits your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the parcel.

Free size exchanges

If you got the wrong size, we exchange it for free up to twice per order. Same process — email returns@orionmen.com and we send a prepaid label.

Damaged or defective items

If anything in your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We dispatch a replacement immediately, no return needed.

What’s NOT covered

  • Damage from misuse (e.g., washing at 90°C, tumble drying repeatedly, ironing the elastane).
  • Items lost in transit by a customer-arranged shipping method.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights. EU consumers retain a 14-day withdrawal right and a 2-year warranty against non-conformity, both of which apply independently of the 45-day trial described above.
