Why bamboo instead of organic cotton?
Cotton retains moisture up to 27% of its weight before releasing it. Long-fiber bamboo wicks it away. Over 11 hours of wear, it changes everything: your skin stays dry, friction doesn’t start, and you forget you’re even wearing underwear.
Is it real bamboo or bamboo viscose?
It is 95% long-fiber bamboo viscose. The raw fiber is cellulosic, so it goes through a chemical process to become a textile (just like linen or silk). At Orion: long-fiber viscose = long-lasting softness, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. We don’t sell disguised “short-regrind” material.
Which size should I choose if I’m between two?
Go for the smaller size. The ORION cut has 5–8% more elasticity than average—it adjusts without being tight. If in doubt, we offer two free exchanges.
How do I wash them?
Machine wash at 30°C, inside out, in a laundry bag if possible. No tumble drying to preserve the elastane. Washed this way, the boxers keep their shape for at least 18 months (internally tested over 200 cycles).
What if they don’t fit after 45 days?
Send them back to us and we’ll give you a full refund. No strings attached. They don’t need to be new; you’ve worn them, and that’s the point. It’s the only way to be sure.
Where are they made?
Weaving and finishing in Turkey (Izmir) at a partner workshop that we audit twice a year. The fiber comes from China (Sichuan)—there is currently no European production of weaveable bamboo. Packaging and customer service in France (Roubaix).
