We started with boxers. The method stays the same: noble materials, the right cut, direct price.
It's not a sweat problem. It's a loop: wrong fabric, wrong cut, moisture builds up, friction starts, you re-adjust every hour. We call it the Hot-Friction-Damp Loop™. Once you name it, you can fix it.

Cotton holds moisture up to 27% of its weight before releasing it. Long-fiber bamboo wicks it away. Over 11 hours worn, it changes everything: skin stays dry, friction never starts, you forget you're wearing underwear.
Long-fiber bamboo viscose, at 95%. The raw fiber is cellulosic, so it goes through a chemical process to become textile (like linen, silk). At Orion: long-fiber viscose = durable softness, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. We don't sell short-shred bamboo in disguise.
Take the smaller size. The ORION cut has 5-8% more stretch than the average — it adjusts without squeezing. If in doubt, we exchange free twice.
Machine wash 30°C, inside out, in a mesh bag if possible. No tumble dryer, to protect the elastane. Washed like this, the boxer holds its shape for at least 18 months (tested in-house over 200 cycles).
You send it back, we refund everything. No conditions. No need to be unworn — you wore it, that was the point. It's the only way to be sure.
Weaving and finishing in Turkey (Izmir) at a partner workshop we audit twice a year. The fiber comes from China (Sichuan) — there's no European production of weavable bamboo to date. Packing and customer care from our EU operations team.
