Dispatch time
Orders placed before 2pm CET are dispatched the same working day from our EU warehouse (Bulgaria/Slovakia) or US 3PL partner (depending on your delivery address). Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next working day.

Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on every order over €30 / $35 / 150 RON.
- Below that threshold: €3.90 standard, €9.90 express (or local equivalent).
- Pack orders (3+2, 5+5) always ship free.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If 48 hours have passed and you haven’t received it, check your spam folder first, then email hello@orionmen.com.
Customs & duties
- Orders within the EU: no duties, VAT collected at checkout.
- UK orders: UK VAT collected at checkout, no surprise charges on delivery.
- US, Canada, Australia, NZ: we ship DDP (delivered duty paid) under the de minimis threshold. Above that threshold, the carrier may collect a small duty on delivery — we mark this clearly at checkout.
Returns
See the Refund Policy for the full 45-day wear trial. Quick version: try them for up to 45 days, send them back (worn is fine), we refund 100%. Free return shipping within EU and US.
