By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Who we are<\/h2>\n\n<p>Orionmen is the trading name of SIMEX LLC, 254 Chapman Rd, Newark, DE, USA. Contact: <a href=\"mailto:hello@orionmen.com\">hello@orionmen.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Orders<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An order is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email with an order number.<\/li>\n<li>We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price is mis-displayed, or we suspect fraud. In that case, your payment is refunded in full.<\/li>\n<li>Prices on the site are shown in your local currency where supported. Tax and shipping (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment<\/h2>\n\n<p>Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and selected local methods (Alma 3\u00d7 in France, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your card is charged at the moment your order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Shipping<\/h2>\n\n<p>See our <a href=\"https:\/\/orionmen.com\/ro\/transport-si-retururi\/\">Shipping &amp; Returns<\/a> page for delivery times, carriers, and country availability. We dispatch from our EU warehouses (Bulgaria, Slovakia) for European orders and from our US partner for North American orders.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. The 45-day wear trial<\/h2>\n\n<p>Every Orionmen boxer comes with a 45-day wear trial. If after 45 days of wearing the product you don&#8217;t feel the difference, send it back \u2014 worn or not \u2014 and we refund 100% of the product price. See <a href=\"https:\/\/orionmen.com\/ro\/politica-de-rambursare\/\">Refund Policy<\/a> for the full terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Right of withdrawal (EU)<\/h2>\n\n<p>EU consumers have a separate statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day of delivery, under Directive 2011\/83\/EU. Our 45-day wear trial extends and is more generous than this right.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. This does not exclude or limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death\/personal injury caused by negligence \u2014 none of which we&#8217;d ever cause anyway.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Governing law<\/h2>\n\n<p>These Terms are governed by the law of the country where you, the consumer, are habitually resident. Disputes can be brought before the courts of that country.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Online dispute resolution<\/h2>\n\n<p>The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Changes<\/h2>\n\n<p>We may update these Terms.
