If 48 hours have passed and you haven&rsquo;t received it, check your spam folder first, then email <a href=\"mailto:hello@orionmen.com\">hello@orionmen.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customs &amp; duties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Orders within the EU:<\/strong> no duties, VAT collected at checkout.<\/li>\n<li><strong>UK orders:<\/strong> UK VAT collected at checkout, no surprise charges on delivery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>US, Canada, Australia, NZ:<\/strong> we ship DDP (delivered duty paid) under the de minimis threshold. Above that threshold, the carrier may collect a small duty on delivery \u2014 we mark this clearly at checkout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>See the <a href=\"https:\/\/orionmen.com\/fr\/politique-de-remboursement\/\">Refund Policy<\/a> for the full 45-day wear trial. Quick version: try them for up to 45 days, send them back (worn is fine), we refund 100%.
